Karen PuttickMy aim when working with you as a client is to offer you help and motivation to help yourself. By helping you to become more self-empowered, you gain the confidence to listen to, and trust your own body, mind and spirit. My treatments are all very 'down to earth' and are aimed to give you increased control over your own well-being.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher and also teach regular meditation classes, chakra healing and self-empowerment courses.
I have been an allergy therapist for 20 years and have qualifications in diet and nutrition, anatomy, physiology and holistic massage, Indian head massage, thermo-auricular therapy and Feng Shui. I have received training on Journeying, sound healing, angelic healing, crystal therapy and colour healing and incorporate these, along with techniques passed to me from my Father (who was a hypnotherapist) into my treatments and teaching. My experience includes working with new born babies, children of all ages through to very mature adults and the terminally ill.
Working with other Holistic Practitioners, I offer holistic holidaysat my beautiful home in Turkey.
I also work with animals, offering healing, allergy testing, treatment and communication. I have worked with many species including dogs, cats, rats, bats, parrots and ponies. Please contact me if you would like to know more.
Treatments are offered from my home in Chesham Bois, Amersham and will be available at The Bagnall Centre in Chesham and other locations in the near future. If you have a group of 3 or more people locally who would like me to visit, either for treatments or training, please let me know as I am happy to travel to you.
